Living Well in Ancient Times, Stories and Legends as Vehicles for learning and understanding, who were the Druids?

The interest in Druidism lives on today. I have learned not all Druids are Pagans. There is no dogma in Druidry, it is a nature-based way and a very individual path, at its core lies a good heart, the self, the soul.

The Druids in ancient times by all accounts available, were the Teachers, Astronomers, Peacemakers, Philosophers, Psychologists, Poets, and Healers of their time, to name a few of their many roles.

The arrival of Christianity to Ireland brought about the emergence of many Saints as this period drew to an end and the bronze & Iron Age followed.

"Anamchara" ? What does this mean. & Who were the Saints, Scholars and Women of Éire? Trees, Herbs, Flowers & Bees were immensely important in the lives of Neolithic farmers. They used the movement of the sun, moon and stars to navigate their agricultural wheel of the year, and also used this system as a time for connection with each other, gathering together for festivals and survival.
